A composer,
vocalist, author, voice artist and voice coach, Tiffany
Prochera has a mission to inspire and enlighten through words and music.
She strives to combine humour and beauty to reveal the world to itself
while entertaining audiences through a multitude of media such as film and
television, literature and live performance.
As a composer and
songwriter, she holds a degree in Composition and has had several classical works performed to highly
appreciative audiences such as the one-act opera, The Ride and the
string quartet and tape piece, Variations On A City Theme. She has
composed short film scores, background and theme music to accompany spoken
word recordings and web broadcasts, arranged and contributed songs to two
feature-length animation projects and written songs for children including
the eight-song collection, Bad Moods And Seven Other Super Reasons To Sing
A Silly Song.
A highly-trained
vocalist and vocal coach,
Tiffany has performed classical and popular repertoire in a variety of
live concert and theatrical environments as well as performing on a number of song demos for other
writers and releasing a pop/rock recording entitled The Precious Many.
She also maintains a private voice studio with students of all ages and
experience levels.
Her talents as a voice
artist have been put to good use in business and creative applications and
she particularly enjoys quirky character voices. To date, she has lent her
voice to numerous commercials, animation projects,
audio books, telephone messaging systems, training presentations and other spoken word recordings for
Canadian and international clients.
As a writer, she has
published an inspirational collection of prose and poetry entitled A
Candle At Both Ends: Thoughts Of Inspiration At The Beginning And End Of
The Day and Tabitha's Magical Voice, an e-book for young
readers, in addition to providing the text for all of her musical works
thus far. Her poetry has been featured in magazines, on inspirational
websites and in multimedia presentations. She is currently working on her second novel, The Wannabe
Optimist's Guide To Making Life Not Suck So Much.
